Muscle Surgery for Jesse

Hi, my name's Jesse. You probably know me through my online handles: Clood, Klud, and Cloud. I've been vocal about being on a cane, but I don't think I've ever gone into detail unless someone asks in private chats. In truth, a cane is not the only thing I am often in. At times, when I have to go to places with 'considerable walking distances' (Like, for example, Disney World), I need to be in a wheelchair.

Growing up, I was always using some sort of assistance in my movement. From bright green AFOs to crutches and being in a wheelchair for pretty much my entire Junior High School years. I've been to many specialists throughout the country, most not able to assist me in any way other than providing a higher dosage of pain medication. Though they've all agreed that at the rate my bones and muscles deteoriate, I'll be in a wheelchair at all times around the age of 30.

However, there's a surgery that can be done to hopefully lengthen the muscles in my legs, which is where many of the problems in my legs come from (That being the muscles are too short and stretched over.). I've known about the surgery for some time, though I've never had the funds to actually go through with it. So when I was told to make a fundraiser and see what happens, I thought it over a few days, and here I am.
