Mural for Sustainability

Our goal is to raise awareness of these threatened species local to our environment.  By encoorporating these flora and fauna into a rich, energetic mural, we are allowing the audience to get familiar with them and thus be able to identify them in the ecosystem.


Our initiative is to educate the community on our local threatened flora and fauna.

We also wish to enhance what the Sustainable Activity Centre (SAC) advocates by creating an inspiring and vibrant space in which the community can come together and develop further sustainable activities.

The artwork in mind will be painted in collaboration by local artists Tracie MacVean and Banana Joe . Tracie works full-time as a professional artist at GIGS Artists Studios based in Wodonga, doing contemporary oil painting and specializing in portraiture while Banana Joe is an emerging artist with an illustration and design background. Your funds will go towards the materials to cover a massive 7 metre long wall by these two artists with this intricate design:
