<div>Hi, my name is Roisin and before anything else, I’m a mum.
</div>
<div>And last Christmas was one of the hardest Christmases of our lives.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I tried to make it magical for my kids, but behind the smiles and decorations was a Christmas full of fear, stress, and heartbreak.
</div>
<div>The kind of Christmas you never forget.
</div>
<div>The kind that leaves a mark.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Many of you watched that chapter unfold… but this isn’t about me.
</div>
<div>This is about turning our pain into purpose, and our sadness into kindness for children who might be hurting too.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This year, as we were putting up the decorations, my daughter looked at me and said:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>“Mummy… do you remember last Christmas?”
</div>
<div>And then, in her wee voice:
</div>
<div>“Could we help kids who might be sad this Christmas feel happier?”
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>And that was it.
</div>
<div>The whole reason this began.
</div>
<div>The spark that came from a child who felt last year deeper than she should have, and still chose kindness.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I used my own business stock to create teen Christmas bundles, and for every £5 donated I’ve been tripling it — because teenagers are the ones who get forgotten the most, and I couldn’t let that happen.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But my stock doesn’t include anything for boys, and I’m now running out of what I have left. A lot of people who have already donated have asked if we can help the boys too and the answer is 100% yes.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I thought maybe we could help a few.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But then something unbelievable happened.
</div>
<div>This community showed up.
</div>
<div>And together, we’ve now helped over 900 children who might have woken up to nothing.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But the need is still huge and my own stock is running low.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>So here’s how we keep going, and how your donation helps:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every £1 will help for the kids that’s always overlooked.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>• using the last of my own stock
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>• buying items directly from brands at cost (please reach out to me on Instagram) roisindohertyblog
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>• asking brands to double or triple the value (I will do want ever it takes to push businesses online that help us out)
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>• donating everything through Cash for Kids – Mission Christmas
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Teenage boys especially are often overlooked, so we’re making sure they’re included too with gifts they will actually use.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For some of these kids, the gift we put in their hands will be the only gift they open this Christmas.
</div>
<div>The only moment they feel chosen.
</div>
<div>The only moment they feel seen.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you can spare anything even £1 you’re helping us reach more children and families.
</div>
<div>You’re helping me honour my daughter’s wish.
</div>
<div>You’re helping us turn last year’s pain into this year’s kindness.
</div>
<div>You’re helping us make sure no child is forgotten.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>From my family, from My Daughters little heart, and from every child this will reach
</div>
<div>Thank you.
</div>
<div>Let’s keep going.
</div>
<div>Let’s help as many as we can.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please do not donate if you can’t afford to. A share will help reach people who may be able to.
