Muddy Soul's - Men's Mental Health Charity Event Hiking Sligo and Leitrim's Mountains ⛰️ 

Hiking to Benwiskin Summit, to Annaconna Summit above Diarmaid and Grainne's Cave, to Benbulben Summit to King's Mountain to Brytas Mines and finish off by looking over Glencar Lough sitting on the top of the highest waterfall in Ireland Devils Chimley ⭐

All donations for tickets, all monies collected will go towards charity Northwest STOP.

Level Medium to Hard 

Need to bring hiking boots (a must!), wet gear, a change of clothes (for after if you are wet), 2 litres of water, warm drink food and a head torch/lamp. In aid of Northwest STOP in an effort to support and help people through depression, anxiety, mental health problems and prevent suicide.

 

More information about North West STOP Limited North West STOP is a community-based organisation that works to prevent suicide by informing, educating and promoting positive mental health. We provide free counselling services to all age groups throughout the Northwest of Ireland.
