MUDD (Man up, Dominating depression) is going to be a camping event that takes place in the Urunga region on the weekend of the 29th of March.
The intention of this camp is so all men can get together and have a weekend where we can all tackle this illness.
It may not cure you, however by getting together as men and doing activities and workshops and speaking out about our experiences we can do a lot of positive.
