mudcat radio tower and recycling trailor fire fund

The Dunnville Mudcat Federally  Licenced Radio Repeater www.mudcatradio.info  is free for all citizens to use.

After many years without an emergency and community repeater  a group of local people decided to install a new repeater for all of us to use... The antenna of the repeater must be mounted high above the ground. Right now it is in a tree, which presents a lot of reliability problems .WE NEED A NEW TOWER to use instead of a tree (cost $ 7000 tower purcase link + cement ),

To raise funds to buy the tower we put a electronics recycling trailer behind tim hortons in Dunnville.  after collecting over 11000 lbs of electronics someone set the trailer on fire and we had to remove it. We thank all people who dropped off electronics as we raised over $ 1000 for the tower fund.

Now we need a new high security trailor as well as funds for the tower (u can still drop electronics into the parking lot).  Can you help ? Your radio repeater is  used to keep in contact with people when all other means fail,RESCUE MISSIONS,, FIND MISSING CHILDREN  community events , chit chat, etc, you can read more about your repeater here http://b2010.tree2000.com/mcf.jpg

The repeater is on freq 442.600 mhz for anyone that has a scanner, and u can hear it every 60 minutes, if u donated over $ 100 we will give u a scanner to ,,but due to the tree problem not all people will hear the repeater.Your donation will  help us make your mudcat community and  emergency radio repeater better for all of us to use
