My Story
I started practicing the Mucusless Diet Healing System about 13 years ago at age 19. Since then, I lost over 110 pounds (I used to be a 280-pound varsity high school football player), and overcame many of my chronic illnesses, including chronic migraine headaches, lower back pain, joint pain in my right hand (thanks to six years of football and a bad diet), chronic pain in my right knee, bad allergies, and otolaryngological problems including yearly cases of bronchitis.
The Mucusless Diet Healing System gave me the tools to emancipate myself of the numerous pharmaceutical medicines that I had been taking since I was 7 years old, a CPAP unit for sleep apnea, and much more. And I'm not alone, the Mucusless Diet has inspired thousands to take their health into their own hands and transform their lives.
My Mission
My mission in life is to expose as many people in the world to the Mucusless Diet Healing System as possible. As an educator, I find that the more tools we can use to help us understand and retain information, the quicker it can become knowledge. Some people learn best through reading, others through seeing, but some (like me) absorb information best through listening. This audio book will allow many people who would otherwise not be able to read the book, such as folks with impaired eyesight, children, or those less adept at reading, the chance to encounter Arnold Ehret's brilliant work. And it will allow everyone to experience Ehret's work from an entirely new vantage point.

Several years ago I set out to record the book with my own voice. After recording several lessons, I realized how talented professional voice actors are.
