Much needed IT upgrade for DOME Association Inc

DOME Association Inc is a Not-for-Profit organisation (DGR Charitable status) that has been supporting mature aged job seekers with free employment support, advice and job matching for 38 years. At any one time we can have over 1800 active mature aged job seekers many of whom have been unemployed for over two years. Many of our Job Seekers are also not eligible for NewStart and Job Active support for many reasons.
We also provide a free recruitment service to employers looking for more mature workers matching our job seekers to jobs. We are supported primarily by funding from the South Australian Government to provide our service and of course our wonderful volunteers and staff. We also advocate on behalf of older job seekers to influence Government policy and support services.
The delivery of our service is reliant on a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system designed for recruitment agencies. We need to upgrade our current platform FastTrack Skills Base and Recruitment Manager to FastTrack 360 Front Office as the old version will shortly no longer be supported. This application is pivotal in managing our job seeker's profiles and job orders from employers and performing the data matching to match skills and qualifications to job roles. Without this system DOME would be unable to continue to provide our job matching support and free recruitment service. The new version has Cloud and other functionality that will enable DOME to also improve our services.
The cost for the upgrade is:
$10,440 for system configuration, design and review, testing, staff training and data migration
$9,240 for User licenses for first 12 months
Total $19,680
DOME is passionate about supporting Mature Aged Job Seekers and combating the age discrimination they experience in seeking employment. We hear their stories and experiences in trying to re-enter employment, their experiences with Job Actives and Centrelink, struggling on NewStart and the many barriers they face. DOME's services are able to reduce some of the discrimination they face in the employment market, to improve our job seekers chances of a fair go while supporting many small businesses with their recruitment needs.
