Help Me Save My House

My name is Anne Joyce and I need your help. It is embarrasing to ask for help in these circumstances but putting pride aside it is my last ditch effort to save my house from foreclosure in eight weeks,
Four years ago my ex-husband summoned me back  to court for modification of alimony.He lost his job, declared bankruptcy and could no longer afford to pay me the alimony and health insurance awarded to me by the courts after 25 years of marriage, (this was a lie.)This of course was only after he bought a house for himself with his high school sweetheart and planned his  wedding.
I had been making the 3100 a month payments( only this high because he had refianced to pay off debts) until I became ill three years ago and fell behind in payments.Now, the bank will work with me for modification and help lower the payments but my ex-husband refuses to sign off on this paperwork that would save my family home. The bank will no longer take my calls because although I own the house, the mortgage is in my ex-husbands name. At  this time I am trying to refiance on my own but will not meet that deadline.I worked with the bank for three precious months only to be told "your ex-husband won 't sign",
I wasted time and hired a lawyer only to be told the monies owed have to be repayed before I lose the house.
What kind of person does this to his family? If 2,000 people donate 10.00  that would cover 2/3 of the cost. I have been trying to save as much as I can toward this as well.Please share and reshare and send to any woman or man who has been totally disregarded by someone they  truly loved.
