Disney trip for Alfredo from Raven

My Raven was born with Spina Bifida.  She has faced many challenges in her young life that not may people can understand however there is one young man who can.  His name is Alfredo he was born with a congenital heart and stomach issues.  They are best friends that see each other as offen as possible or call each other on the phone to chat about what is happening in their life.  Raven has a wish that she would love to grant her best friend Alfredo, a wish to always remember her by and she of him.  No one knows how long Alfredo will be with us but in the mean time Raven would like to make an awesome memory with him.  She would love to take a family vacation with him to Disney World in Florida.  So if you all can help make this dream come true for her, I am sure she will always remember him having the best time in his life with her at Disney.
