Mt. Boucherie Secondary School - Robotics Team

We are Mount Boucherie Secondary School’s Robotics Competition team from West Kelowna, the Boucherie Bears. We are preparing for this year’s For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology (FIRST) Robotics Competition with a 'Charged Up’ theme. We have a newly formed team with fresh minds getting energized to innovate. From the machines that move us to the food that sustains us to the wireless technologies that connect us, energy plays an essential role in keeping our world running. During our 2023 robotics season, FIRST® ENERGIZE℠ our team, and others will reimagine the future of sustainable energy and power our ideas forward. Innovation can’t wait!

Our success as a team relies on procuring local sponsorship and donations. We are seeking support to help pay for our registration fee ($9000), robot building costs ($3000-5000) and travel logisitics to/from the Pacific Regional Competition in Victoria, B.C ($4000). If or when we qualify for the World Championships in Texas, we'll need another $12000 for registration and travel expenses. Without your generous support we could not participate in this valuable, real-world learning experience.
