Raising funds to support Sofia and her family

This is Sofia Gomez my 6 year old granddaughter. On September 4, 2018 she was diagnosed with ALL Leukemia. It has rocked our family. We are all very close so we're all wrecked with emotions. As you can imagine when something like this happens everything else is on the back burner. What's most important is taking care of Sofia and in doing so mom is no longer working. I am doing my best to help in caring for her younger siblings Elena and Julianna when Sofia has appointments for treatments. I retired April 2018 with the intention of helping my children with childcare due to the high costs. Who knew this would be the case, only the good Lord. Thankfully Sofia's medical is covered, with Dad having the only income their finances are strained. We are truly proud of how hard Dad works even doing side jobs detailing vehicles. So with this in mind I decided to start this fund to help supplement their income. A family of 5 is a huge financial responsibilty for one income on minimum wage.My husband and I help along with Sofia's other grandparents here and there with gas and minor expenses and the comunnity had a few fundraisers that have been a blessing and helped with some needs. Honestly as a family we're doing what we can but we can only do so much. They need your prayers and whatever donation you can help with.
