MSGT William Shepard’s Funeral Fund

My step father served his country for 20+ years in the Air Force Special Forces. Last weekend he passed away from liver failure. The Military will cover most of the expenses, but my mother will need to put up seven thousand dollars. She only has three thousand to her name right now.
