Mrs. Marlowe's Retirement Gift

To honor Mrs. Marlowe's successful career at Far Horizon's Montessori school in Albany, GA, we would like to give her a memorable gift that she can enjoy throughout retirement. We are raising money to commission an original painting by a local artist named Derek Taylor. It will be an image will be of the outside of the school, possibly with some meaningful elements incorporated.
The money raised here will be used for the cost of the artist ($2500), framing ($300), print duplication for her family members and friends ($100), and fundraising admin fees ($100). Any overages will be given to Marlowe as a monetary gift. Anyone who contributes to the fund will receive a report with a complete account for all uses of the money, including receipts.
Shhhh!!!! Marlowe doesn't know about the painting, only that we are organizing some sort of gift.
