I am a banker and a mother of 9 months old child and was recently diagnosed and battling HR/HER+ breast cancer. It was discovered last year, and after some courses of intravenous chemo, I developed a complication in the heart as a result of toxicity. It was stopped, and was booked for surgery. After the surgery, there was a recurrence, which the doctor said I can only benefit from oral chemo to avoid worsening the heart conditions.
