Stand by Sandy

As many of you know, our friend Sandy Hall was diagnosed with Stage IV cancer on August 31, 2017. Luckily, she has a great team of medical professionals and treatment was started quickly. They are very motivated and are going for the cure not just an extension of life. She is currently going through biweekly chemo treatments. She will have a follow up CT scan in December to see if the tumor has shrunk enough to be surgically removed or if more chemo is needed.
Sandy is a smart, funny, and caring person who would give you the shirt off her back. Now, it is our turn to give back to her. Even with insurance, costs will add up. She plans to work as much as possible but has already found herself needing to take sick time. Let’s help Sandy and Gary by raising some funds to offset upcoming expenses. It is one thing that those of us who don’t live nearby can do to help and it will be one less thing for them to worry about.
