Help to pay for Athena's surgery

I have a 14 week old Lab.  She was going out the back door with our older dog and when she went to jump off the stairs my older dog ran and bumped her off making her land on her right leg hard and breaking her elbow.  After the emergency room visit of $562 and finding out today the price of surgery is $3700 I am in need of help.  She is scheduled for surgery tomorrow so the funds are needed soon.  The vet clinic is giving me a couple months to pay in full.

We were presented with options to put her down or adopt her out to someone who could afford the surgery.  Unfortunately my kids and I do not agree with those options as we have bonded and love  her.

I am humbley asking for any financial help that can be given as it would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.
