Emergency Surgery for Rebel

My sister's pupper and husbands USMC service dog was hit by a truck this morning..They live in a residential area of Gardnerville when someone driving a Chevy truck was doing at least 45 in a 25 mph zone when he hit Rebel. He didn't stop, just kept driving leaving her in the road. Her pelvis is broken in 3 places, she has a herniated stomach and protruding stomach lining requiring immediate surgery. The surgery could cost up to 2000 dollars which they will have to pay out of pocket during the holiday season. They plan on selling anything they have to cover the surgery.  Rebel is sweetest  most spastic dog I've ever met. She is autistic which has made her even more sweet and spastic. Please if anyone can help with the heavy load my sister and her husband are enduring it would be most appreciated! Nobodyshould have this weight on their shoulders alone especially this time of year. Anything helps even just a prayer or kind word. Thank you everyone!
