My name is Colby Way. I teach an amazing group of 4th graders at Nikiski North Star Elementary School in Nikiski, AK. This year we have the opportunity to learn and camp at the Kasitsna Bay Research Facility outside of Seldovia, Alaska ("across the bay" from Homer, AK). To make this lifetime memory of a trip happen we are in need of some support. The total cost of our trip is $3,000. We ARE NOT looking to make all of that through this method of fundraising. We have started a small "business" out of our class to also generate funds, as well as, other efforts. We greatly appreciate any and all donations to make this science/ math based adventure a reality.
