<div>Hi all,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I'M BACK AND PLANNING ON GOING BIGGER THIS YEAR.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I'm upping the running challenge to 360km throughout November, equating to 12km daily. I'm again doing this to ignite the conversation around Mental Health and suicide in Australia.
</div>
<div>3139 Australians lost their lives to suicide in 2020 - the leading cause of death that year amongst 18-44-year-olds- an alarming statistic.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have again chosen the Kai Eardley Foundation to raise money for. The foundation funds mental health workshops to be delivered to high schools within WA. As a teacher, I see first-hand how vital early introduction to these skills can be and how they could change lives.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>You can follow my running through my Strava - <a href="https://www.strava.com/athletes/25442790" target="_blank" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://www.strava.com/athletes/25442790</a> and I'll also post weekly updates to keep me accountable.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This will be a big challenge, but it’s something I’m genuinely passionate about. If you can show your support by donating, running with me or even sending me a motivating text/video, that would be massive!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you, and wish me luck.
</div>
