Mr. Darcy's Medical Bills

Hi friends! As many you of know, my cat Mr. Darcy has been having some tough times. He was recently hospitalized for a severe liver infection. Mr. stayed at the vet for 5 days receiving fluids and meds. He is home now, but we are not out of the woods.
Mr. Darcy's ultrasound showed diffuse thickening of his intestinal wall. In cats, this can be a result of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD, normal life expectancy), small cell lymphoma (cancer, 2-3 year life expectancy), or other less common diseases. In order to differentiate between IBD and lymphoma and rule out a fungal disease, they must perform an intestinal biopsy.
As I am sure you can imagine we have had some hefty vet bills and a biopsy would be the last big diagnostic hurdle before we are able to begin treatment. The cost of the biopsy would be $18-2400. Through all of this so far, we've spent about $2000 on hospitalization, tests, meds, and the ultrasound.
I know it is a crazy and stressful time for most people and many are not in a position to give (or if they are, there are so many other issues that need those donations). However if you are able to contribute a few bucks, or even a dollar, towards Mr. Darcy's recovery, it would truly mean the world.
Mr. Darcy is a gentle giant, an avid cuddler, and a true weirdo. His hobbies include following me from room to room, sunbathing, and sleeping face down. He is the sweetest boy you'll meet with the strangest meow you'll ever hear. The little baby is only 6 years old and we hope he has a long life ahead of him!
