<div>No one should face cancer alone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>When you're diagnosed with cancer in a country that isn't your own, it can feel like the loneliest place in the world. Cancer Support Netherlands exists to change that.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are the English-language cancer support community in the Netherlands, working towards a future where everyone facing cancer here receives care that is inclusive, empathetic and compassionate.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our two goals
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>1. Bringing people together
</div>
<div>We build a community where no one has to go through cancer alone:
</div>
<div>• A safe, moderated WhatsApp community, open day and night
</div>
<div>• An event every month, online and in person
</div>
<div>• Help finding the right Dutch care and information
</div>
<div>• Our first Wellness Retreat in spring 2027
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>2. Improving the cancer journey
</div>
<div>We share what our members experience with hospitals, healthcare professionals and cancer organisations, so that care in the Netherlands becomes more inclusive for everyone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In under two years:
</div>
<div>• About 225 people have joined our community, 147 of them living with cancer
</div>
<div>• More than 9 in 10 members stay with us
</div>
<div>• Backed by four foundations and corporate partners
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are a registered charity with ANBI status, run by a volunteer board, and every euro goes to services that are already running.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>"I founded CSN after my second breast cancer diagnosis. Even surrounded by love, I felt alone. I don't want anyone else to feel that way."
</div>
