Curtis' Mayo Clinic Visit Fund

Hi, I'm trying to help a good friend and cousin of mine raise some money. His name is Curtis Gerald Wandler and he is tormented by unexplainable pain every day.
A little background: Curtis got very sick in 2012 and needed to have a major lung surgery due to a collapsed lung. Since the surgery Curtis has significant nerve damage from the scar around the front of his torso which leads to chronic pain everyday. Curtis has seen neurologists, neuro surgeons, ER doctors, homeopathics, nutritionalists and many others over the past few years with no luck and no relief from the pain.
One major side effect from the numerous medications he does take is that he gets violently ill with flu like symptoms multiplied every month for the past 2 1/2 years. Numerous times he ended up in the hospital by ambulance. Just this Christmas, he spent it in the hospital. The general consensus is that he needs visit the Mayo Clinic.
Just getting an initial sit down with them will be more than $5000. Then there's the travel costs, food and lodging plus follow up visits.
Please, let's help Curt get healthy for his 3 beautiful kids; Ashton (11), Hudson (8) and Harleigh (4), plus his lovely wife Shauna!
