Baby Brody has had a rough start at life. At 5 weeks old, breathing became a struggle for him. He was life-flighted to children's hospital an hour and a half away and has been there for over 2 weeks on the ventilator in the PICU. Doctors have recently found out that he requires heart surgery.
His mother will have to return to work soon because her sick leave is almost used up. His father is working and taking care of their older twin daughters and driving to the hospital on weekends.
We are trying to raise money so that his mother can remain by his side while taking leave-without-pay and so that his family will have some money for expenses accumulated during his hospital stay. Please consider helping their cause. Brody should not have to spend his first few weeks of life in the hospital alone.
