Arturo Ramirez Veteran U.S. Navy.

My friend and our brother in arms, a Veteran who served in Iraq is fighting for his life. He is very sick and cannot support his family. He has a 6 month baby and is losing everything including his home. He is having to take himself and his family to a shelter. How does this happen to the Veterans of this country.
