Bring Michael Home

My son, Michael Childers, is in a hospital in Evanston, IL, and needs to get back home to a rehab facility.  He was in Chicago for job training and suffered a stroke 7 weeks ago.  He is now ready for rehab, and has been accepted in a rehab facility near his home, but his insurance will not pay for transportation to get him there, and private car is not an option.  It has to be by ambulance of flying.  The ambulance service wants $2500 up front to bring him.  Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
