Moxi Theater Venue and Staff Fundraiser

In solidarity and support of the health and safety of our incredible patrons, faithful staff, gifted artists, and this first-class city, the Moxi Theater has canceled or postponed our entire calendar of shows through May 1st. As part of the community, we are so sad that we can’t do what we do best in hosting the best live music concert events here in Downtown Greeley. We know that what’s most important for right now is for us to follow all guidelines regarding large gatherings — mandated or recommended — until we are told it’s safe to re-open. Right now, all of our shows through the end of April are officially postponed or canceled, but governmental timelines at all levels are constantly being reassessed.
The team at the Moxi has been at the forefront of the Northern Colorado and Greeley music scene, having the privilege of showcasing multiple shows every week to the community. We have had the pleasure of providing unique and unforgettable experiences at each and every show with the help of our amazing team of bar staff, box office employees, security personnel, production staff, office staff, and everyone else that makes these shows happen. Earlier this month, 17 of our team members (temporarily we hope) lost their jobs.
Due to this complete stoppage of work, the Moxi and our staff will be facing some severe financial challenges over the coming weeks and months. Your donation will literally keep the Moxi in business by helping the Moxi pay our already reduced rent in April, and giving each of our hourly staffers a small paycheck next month to help them get through this difficult time.
We know that it is a privilege to host some of your favorite concerts and events. Our crew thanks you for contributing to the vibrant community that we are honored to be a part of. And now, we must ask you for your generosity, and whatever donation you can spare.
We have already heard from so many of our fans and friends, asking how they can help, and received some assistance from our generous landlords at Wheeler Properties, and friends like Kirk Goble who purchased a Season Pass when news of our closure went public. Besides buying more concert tickets, becoming a Moxi Insider, or purchasing a Season Pass, please consider contributing to this fundraiser, which offers some exclusive gifts in exchange for your generous donation. 100% of the net earnings from this campaign will benefit the Moxi Theater venue and our staff. No amount is too small or insignificant.
