Hace 2 meses y medio Walter y yo nos casamos por la iglesia después de 10 años de dulce espera y con la ilusión más grande del mundo, pero no sabiamos que al pasar un mes empezariamos la prueba mas grande de nuestras vidas... Todo comenzo con una molestia su ojo derecho, pensamos que era una infección en el ojo. Luego de unos días al ver un lagrimeo constante decidimos ir a oftalmólogo por un chequeo, el doctor recetó medicina para una posible conjuntivitis y dejó una semana para volverlo ver. Al pasar la semana el oftalmólogo noto una pelotita que parecía un quiste al final del seno paranasal y descartó que fuera algo relacionado al ojo por lo que lo remitió con un otorrino. Unos días después el otorrino pensó que era un simple quiste en el seno paranasal y que se podía remover fácilmente por lo que nos solicito realizar un TAC, el cuál cambio nuestras vidas. El viernes 2 de febrero 2018 el simple quiste se convirtió en un tumor de 4.8cm de diámetro con apariencia maligna el cuál erosiono el cráneo. Inmediatamente ese día realizamos una resonancia magnética de emergencia la cual indicó que el tumor estaba situado también en el cerebro. El martes 6 de febrero 2018, se realizó una cirugía de emergencia para extraer el tumor, esta tuvo una duración de 10 horas. El día 7 de febrero luego de los resultados de la resonancia post cirugía nos dimos cuenta que no se logro quitar el tumor a totalidad.... El tumor tiene consistencia dura y con alto grado de malignidad.
Walter y yo ahora necesitamos de tu apoyo económico para hacer un tratamiento de quimioterapia y radiación y asi poder combatir con este tumor.
Justos nos comprometemos a donar al Instituto de Investigación de Cáncer la cantidad de dinero que pueda sobrar se su tratamiento si logramos llegar a la meta.

Walter and I got married two and a half months ago after 10 years of sweet wait and with the greatest illusion in the world. However, we did not know that just a month after we would begin to face the biggest test of our lives. It all started with a discomfort in his right eye, we thought it was just an eye infection. After a few days of having a constant tearing in his eye, we decided to visit the ophthalmologist for a checkup. The doctor prescribed some medicine for possible conjunctivitis and asked us to see him again in a week. We returned then and the ophthalmologist noticed a small ball that looked like a cyst at the end of the paranasal sinus. He discarded it having anything to do with the eye and so referred him to an otorhinolaryngologist. The doctor thought it was a simple cyst located in the paranasal sinus and believed it could be easily removed, so he requested a CT scan, which ended up changing our entire lives. On February 2, 2018, the simple cyst became a tumor of 4.8 in diameter with malignant appearance that had caused erosion in the skull. That day they immediately performed an emergency MRI scan, which indicated that the tumor was also located in the brain. On Tuesday, February 6, 2018, they performed an emergency surgery that lasted 10 hours in order to remove the tumor. On February 7, 2018, after getting the results of the post-surgery resonance, we realized that the tumor could not be removed completely. It has a hard consistency and a high degree of malignancy.
Walter and I now need your economic and financial support in order to keep fighting this tumor and afford chemotherapy and radiation treatment.
Together, we are committed to donate any amount of money left over from the treatment to the Cancer Research Institute if we are able to reach the goal.
