Moving license return 02/25 scar tissue in brain

Need help to move and pay bills due to multiple seizures because of scar tissue in brain from accident on 11/29/95. Drivers license is suspended due to multiple seizures, last seizure on 11/27/19 drivers license suspended until 02/25/20 as long as no more seizures. Currently switching to new seizure medicine due to complications with current medicine. Any and all would be greatly appreciated Much Love
