Let’s make a miracle for Minnie!

Meet Minnie Wilson. She needs our help as she has no one else. If you can spare anything at all to help her it would make a difference for Minnie. Let’s all make this small miracle happen!

Here is her story:

This sweet and wonderful woman has not had an easy life. When Minnie’s daughter was only 15 years old she was hit and killed by a drunk driver in front of their home. Minnie was so distraught she had a massive heart attack and has had multiple surgeries in the last 30 years to continue to try to repair her heart and keep her alive. After his sisters death Minnie’s son turned to drugs and never returned. She lost both of her children that year and was absolutely heartbroken.

She has lived in the same duplex in the Sacramento area for 30 years. They did not require a deposit when she moved in so she is not going to receive one upon moving out. This year her building was sold and the new owners are evicting both tenants to remodel he building and raise rents. By the end of this month she will be homeless.

To make matters worse her in home care provider stole $500 she had been saving in her bedside table and was immediately fired. She has assistance through section 8 and if she can locate a new rental she will be able to continue living on her home with minimal in home care.

One obstacle she now faces is not having her deposit or last months rent required to move in to a new home! She will also need help moving her home. Without help from others there is simply no way for her to secure a home of her own. Minnie is almost 80 years old but sharp as a tack! She blesses everyone she meets and prays for everyone.

She does not know that I am reaching out online to help her! I would be so honored to be able to contact her and tell her that through her story we have been able to raise funds to secure her housing and movers to help move her belongings as she can not lift more than 5lbs because of her heart condition.

If there is anything at all you can do to help Minnie we would all be forever grateful. She has no family left and no friends, she is alone and scared. If you having nothing to give simply spread the word and share this post! That is also a huge help to reach others that can help this kind and loving elderly women.

Minnie has the biggest heart and she believes everything will work out even though she has no idea how. I want so badly to make this true for her! I want her to see that there are still good people in this world. Thank you for helping me make this a reality! ❤️
