New vehicle after drunk driver totaled mine

On the night of 9/12/2020, a driver suspected to be under the influence of alcohol &/or drugs crashed into my house & garage - warranting my house structurally unsafe & totaling my truck (my only means of transportation). To add insult to injury, the insurance card in her vehicle shows the policy has lapsed. I’m a single mom of four children & had just moved into our new home last month - depleting my savings. I’m a nurse & a college student, working nights to pay the bills. Being that I haven’t been able to replenish my savings, this is a kick to the gut for me. I’m needing help paying for a rental vehicle & obtaining a lawyer to file a civil lawsuit for damages since the driver had no insurance. Any amount helps.
