Move closer to family

The photo that I have shown is my Mom and my Aunt, who we are trying to move closer to. My Mom is 74 and is not in good health.
Last June, Ray and I contracted to purchase 10 acres of land in SW New Mexico. We had originally planned to move down there in April or May of 2014. Unfortunately, because of problems with our car, vet bills, etc. we keep needing to extend our move (the target is currently August in the middle of summer).
We are both disabled with limited income. We are asking for donations from anyone who is willing and able to help us. Once we can get down to our property we will be able to concentrate on other things and will no long need help.
Right now we are paying a large part of our income in rent, in addition to our mortgage payment for the land in New Mexico. The mortgage payment is about 1/5 the size of our rent.
Right now, we are living in SW Washington and are subject to the winter storms, and the threat of earthquakes and tsunami's. Neither of us are happy with this, plus we are several states away from my Sibs and Mother. In SW New Mexico we will only be 4 hours away, not 3 states.
