<div>I am now a Father to an amazing boy called Dáithí and I would hate for him to suffer with his mental health as I did as a young man!

<div>This challenge is to represent the struggles those suffer with mental health do on a daily basis. This challenge is by no means easy, but hopefully it will attract support from the community and show others that you do not need to suffer alone!

<div>More information about Lenadoon Community Forum: Lenadoon Community Counselling Service has a long-standing reputation for providing confidential, caring and professional counselling to people from aged 16 yrs. We work in partnership with clients from all walks of life with the aim of helping build on their strengths, resilience, and coping skills. Our services are free and take place in a safe and confidential space where people are listened to, respected and given a sense of value. We also offer a weekend crisis service, across 52 wks of the year.
