After 3 years of looking for a journalism career, I was finally offered a job as a journalist in Nebraska! It's a good place to start, good salary, benefits in a small, college football town. Low cost of living in the beautiful Mid-West. I'm so excited! I start on October 29, 2012!
But I need your help getting to Nebraska! So I am asking for donations of as little as $5 to donate to my move. Your donations will help me get my one-way flight from Los Angeles, pay the first month's rent and security deposit in an apartment, and have a little leftover for start-up living expenses (e.g. mattress, food, warm Nebraska clothes).
