<div>In many countries, children and young people have too few opportunities to participate in sports safely. A lack of sports and structure increases the risk of social exclusion and criminal behavior, while sports can instead foster connection, self-confidence, and opportunities for the future. Power of Sport uses sport as a tool to give children equal opportunities and offer them a positive alternative.

<div>That is why we are organizing the international sponsored run ‘Move to Improve’. During one joint action week, volunteers and interns in Costa Rica, Argentina, and Indonesia will each complete a 15-kilometer sponsored run. Three countries will get moving at the same time with one shared goal: raising funds for sports equipment and sports activities for children who need these opportunities the most.

<div>Our goal is to raise a total of €3,500. The full amount raised will be used 100% to establish or to improve our own sportclubs, where children and youngsters can play their favorite sports, for free, in a safe environment. The full raised amount will be fairly distributed among all participating countries, ensuring that each country has equal resources to create impact. With your donation, you help provide safe sports spaces, equipment, and activities so that children can play sports, grow, and develop. Every contribution counts. Together, we show the power of sport.
