Mouth Surgery due to cancer at 38

I am a mother of 4 children had my #4 child Jan 2013 and come Nov 2013 I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer at the age of 39. I had to have 4 surgeries on my breast, went into 6 lymph nodes, and had to have treatment 5 days a week for 13 weeks. Unfortunately treatment helped the cancer and put me on tamoxifen for rest of my life at a young age but destroyed and killed my teeth. I have been told due to all the infections, and broken teeth down to the nerve that I need to have them all removed it is effecting my health and is very dangerous. I have oral surgery set up. I really need any help you can give me to reach my goal to make this happen  due to it being medical necessity now. I appreciate anything you can help me with.
