Mountview BA Actor Musicianship Fundraiser - Daisy Aldridge

Having grown up with theatre and performance all around me, I’ve always known there was nothing else I wanted to do. My mum has worked as a teacher and performer in the profession and from a young age she has been a big inspiration for me, especially through singing and performing. A main part of my confidence and perseverance is because of her and having been supported for years, I have grown so much in my confidence and stage presence.

Last year I auditioned for the Foundation Musical Theatre course at MOUNTVIEW, and was so grateful to be offered a place to study there in September, and this year I auditioned for the Actor Musician BA Hons degree, which is insanely competitive and I am over the moon to say that I have been offered a place.

MOUNTVIEW is currently in the top three drama schools in the UK, with thousands of applying and only 17 places on the Actor Muso course. I am absolutely thrilled to have been chosen and I have worked so hard to achieve this.

However I am only given £6,000 student loan funding towards my £15,775 course, but that leaves me needing to find £9,775 for this first year. Any help towards this would be massively appreciated by me and my family. I will be working constantly to save up for my dream course, but any help that you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
