About the campaign and the organization we are benefiting:
A group of 8 native Syrian family members will be participating in a charity climb to Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania to support a non-profit organization, Happiness Again , which is based in Amman. Happiness Again was founded in 2014 and its objective was to help the distressed and traumatized Syrian children and their families, through providing psychological and social support therapies, medical aid, programs to integrate the children into the Jordanian community.
The vision of Happiness Again is to provide a safe, nurturing environment to help Syrian refugees adjust to the local host community, achieve positive social and psychological results and prevent PTSD relapses.
We will be donating 100% of the proceeds to the Happiness Again organization to support them with sponsoring the children's therapy programs. We are highly grateful for any donation you can provide.
Timeline:
The charity climb will take place between February 25th 2019 to March 4th 2019 and we will be raising awareness up until then.
