Motorized scooter for Dejan

"My name is Dejan Jovanovski. I was born in 1985 and I live in a village called Bulachani, 15 kilometers away from the centre of Skopje, the capital of Macedonia. Due to my physical impairment I need an electric motorized scooter, which would help me be more independent in my life.

I have been living with cerebral palsy ever since I was born. This is a condition that affects the motor cortex in the brain. To move around, I am currently using parallel bars made of steel that weigh 35kg. As you can imagine, I usually don't get very far. 

The Macedonian healthcare fund provides funds for wheelchairs for patients... but unfortunately they are limited to people younger than 26 or older than 64, which leaves me out of the equation. I am therefore asking for your help.

The money will be withdrawn by Aleksandar, our mutual friend, and the funds will enter his German bank account. He will give me the cash, and I will take the funds with me on my travels to Macedonia in June and give the donations to Dejan in person so he can purchase the following model of electric-powered scooter:
