Moton Family Adoption

Hi!!  Most of our family and friends know that we have tried unsuccessfully to have our own children for the last four years. The Lord has chosen to bless our family through adoption, and we were able to adopt our daughter 2.5 years ago. We have recently been given a second chance at adoption, and the birth mother is due in 1.5 weeks! Obviously, this is brand new information to us and puts us in a pinch for providing for this adoption financially this quickly, but we are super excited to hopefully welcome a new addition into our family right after Christmas!  This was certainly not on our agenda, but it is becoming clear that it is the Lord’s.  This is not our normal way of doing anything, but believe when The Lord calls, He will provide. We are very humbly seeking any financial help from friends and family as you feel led to help facilitate this adoption given how quickly we have to raise the funds. We also covet your prayers as we, Lord willing, move into this next stage of our family.

Interesting tidbit: Victoria has been  walking around the house saying, “my little sister, my little sister”  and I kept telling her that she does not have a little sister yet. However, three days ago, I asked her if she would like to pray for a little sister. We prayed for a little sister that day. This new baby is a girl
