<div>UPDATE!!! We visited Motherly Care orphanage on Sunday, July 5th. It was also a day of service for our scholars. What an extremely moving experience. While the smiles on the faces of the children brought me joy, their hugs moved me to tears.  Although we were grateful to provide some of the items they needed, there is so much more that they need, such as blackboards, whiteboards, chalk, markers and erasers, to name a few.

<div>Hello! We are excited to announce the collaboration of The Wight Foundation and The Nyamwange Foundation. The Nyamwange Foundation is sponsoring a Birthright Afrika trip to Kenya, Africa in July. The Wight Foundation will take a contingent of seven scholars and two staff members.

<div>On our service trip, we will be visiting an orphanage, Motherly Care Children's Home &amp; School Centre in Nairobi, Kenya, which provides education, care, and a nurturing community for orphaned and vulnerable children. This is where you come in. We need your support. We will provide the monies raised in this fundraiser to The Nyamwange Foundation to purchase the following items requested by Motherly Care Children's Home &amp; School Centre.
