OUR STORY
YOGA has changed all of our lives for the better and most importantly brought all of us together in many ways. We’ve cried, laughed, sweat and traversed together through it all! The graduations, the engagements, the new babies, the passing of loved ones, some gone too soon, and how can we forget the pandemic. You literally can’t make this stuff up. Through it all, WE have managed to keep practicing YOGA.
YOGA CHANGES LIVES
This life changing practice has long been inaccessible for so many due to economic hardships. OUR studio will operate on a sliding scale structure that will make affordable YOGA possible for everyone.
We are also the ONLY studio in Seattle where all class donations pay your teacher and not the studio. We value our teachers, their peace of mind and livelihood. We value the students who keep showing up and what they are able to contribute. We value our community and work to keep it sustainable and ethical so that the torch of YOGA can pass to the next generation.
HOW TO SUPPORT MOTHER YOGA
OUR GOAL IS $35,000
WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER!
The first hundred people to donate $200.00 will have their name memorialized in GOLD on the studio wall by local amazing artists.
Donations of $150 dollars will receive one month FREE yoga when the studio is open.
Donations of $108 will receive a private 1x1 yoga class with Nancy Nomellini at a time of their choosing.
Donations help cover these costs:
$3,000 bathroom & plumbing
$4,000 flooring
$5,000 HVAC
$18,000 general contractor labor & permits
KEEP IN MIND THAT 3 % OF EVERY DONATION WILL BE DEDUCTED BY GO FUND ME
