Mortys's perineal urethrostomy

Morty has blocked three times in the past month. His vet recommends he gets a surgery to try to stop this from happening, because every time he has blocked he's needed a catheter inserted, and that is not good for him long term. It may even be contributing to the current frequency. I have been using my savings to pay his vet bills, and unfortunately I used the last of it the most recent visit.  His surgery is $3000. I have opened a credit card (on the vet's suggestion) to pay the required deposit. Any help with paying this off right away would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
