Moreno Cerra Memorial Fund

On September 28th, 2019, Moreno passed away due to a tragic workplace accident while he was working for the City of Vancouver. He was a well loved son, brother, friend and worker. The gap left for his family and friends is immeasurable. He lived with his elderly parents, Fiore and Iolanda, and Moreno provided outstanding care for them. He was the glue that held the household together. He was one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. 

Now that he is gone, the care that Moreno gave to Fiore and Iolanda will need to be replaced, some of which will be provided by their daughter, Angela, but their needs will be more than what she can provide especially as they get older. 

The family is raising funds to cover expenses related to the expected care needs as they can no longer rely on Moreno's income and support.

Within the next month, a new care plan will be developed for his parents. Having the financial help they need to consider their best option will be invaluable as they live out the rest of their lives grieving for their son.  

Moreno's sister, Angela, and her husband, Chad, will administer the funds and apply them to the needs of her parents.
