I've suffered intestinal problems for a few years and doctors in Vegas have been unable to fix my issues or find a root cause. Several rounds of testing have been done with little success.
It's reached the point I can't work or provide for my family and I need answers. I need to seek better treatment and have an opportunity to see a specialist in Massachusetts that treated my mother.
This will necessitate a move to the East Coast and with my health, this will be too much for my finances to endure.
Compounding the issue - my wife, Maggie, is almost 7 months pregnant and we will need to find a new OB/get ready for the birth when we get to Massachusetts.
We need help moving the three of us (including 2 1/2 year old Kiana) across country. The move and relocation will be expensive and any help you can give to defray the costs will be so appreciated.
We need to leave Vegas by August 15th due to the landlord raising rent from $600 to $1150 - packing and leaving in less than three weeks will take a lot of money and effort.

UPDATE: Circumstances have changed and we have to hit the road even sooner than we planned - we now have only ONE week to get out of Vegas. Easy with a pregnant wife, a todder, and two dogs right? Yikes!!
