As the 2023-24 season ends for Moore United U12 GREENS, the team finished another massively successful season finishing 2nd in the top Warrington Junior Football League, finishing only behind the national champions at u12s. So a huge credit goes to the team for what they have achieved this year, well done boys you smashed it!
What appears to be a now annual occurrence and to bring pre-season to a close, we are running another fundraiser to help the team get fully kitted out as we move towards our last big change as a grassroots football team - 11 aside.
This season we increase the squad size as we step into U13s football playing both Saturdays and Sundays.
All monies raised goes straight back to team for kit that is required throughout the year and as we all know they don't stop growing. We are aiming to get the players a winter jacket so this fundraiser will directly contribute to that.
Details of the walk is below (including a map) and everyone is welcome - family, friends, neighbours, pets - be great to see as many people as possible smash the walk to raise money for the team.
Please help push this fundraiser so we can achieve our target, or even surpass it and beat last years sponsor walk total (would be amazing!).
