Monsoon Flooding inside the home

On 8/3/17 we witnessed the worst Monsoon storm I've see in years. This storm cause major floods in the Phoenix area. This has devastated us with out warning. We had water running in the home from the side of the walls, roof and especially the front door all the way out the back door. 75% of our personal belongings was destroyed because of water damage. This caught us off gaurd and put us in a fancial emergency. We have home owners insurance but doesn't cover floods.
The funds are needed to move as soon as possible. We currently cant afford movers, and all the funds needed to transition into a safe location. First months rent and security deposits are dificult at this time. Any help is appritiated! Thank you so much. Blessings
