Monica is a local resident of Winchester, Ontario, whose husband Larry passed away this year. Larry was an eccentric man who built their home with his own two hands. Monica loves her home because she loves Larry and misses him terribly. But her home is not safe and her friends at Harmony Community Church hope to bless her with a new one. Monica is excited about this possibility and hopes to share her new home with her Mother, Daughter and Grand Daughter.
A local business is donating a renovated bungalow - isn't that amazing?! We need to raise money to move and install it on her property. Do you feel a stirring in your heart to help this precious lady? We need both physical and financial help please! The expenses include: installing a foundation, moving the house to the new site, furnace, well and septic upgrades. Funds will be collected in a special account set up through Harmony Community Church in Winchester or you can donate here. If you donate through Harmony Church you will receive a donation receipt for tax purposes.
The Good Samaritan not only looked after the physical needs of the beaten man, but he also looked after his financial needs. So much so that he gave ALL he had on him, and promised to pay the Innkeeper more if he needed it. Jesus said he was a good neighbour. Luke 10:30-37
