Monica passed away very unexpectedly yesterday leaving 4 kids. She dedicated her life to taking care of them, and all the Foster kids she touched for over 15 years or so. She always had something kind to say, and a loving heart to help! Anything raised will be given directly to her kids to try and move ahead and give as she did.
