Money for Philip's family; lease expires January

Philip Sparta suffers from cholinergic uurticaria which enables him to work outside of his home or move around. The skin disease causes debilitating rashes that can trigger under temperature change or strenuous activity that increases body temperature. "The past 3 years have been very difficult for me. Both physically and emotionally.

My skin disease (cholinergic urticaria) worsened and cause me to not be able to work. I can't even do simple chores, shower, or even eat without breaking out. It feels like thousands of needles rushing out my skin from the inside. Temperature alone causes me to break out, so even stress can trigger this to happen.

I miss skating, I miss being a chef at restaurants. I miss stopping by sephora to buy my wife a surprise gift. I miss buying toys for my sons when they ask for it. I miss being able to buy my self a meal.

The past 3 years I have been home 80% of the time. I lost a lot of weight, I'm no longer physically fit, I feel weak and emotionally drained.

My family tried calling child services on my wife and I because my selfish mother wanted our kids to her self... She tried getting our kids taken away for herself...

The acs worker spoke to us about the case and told Melinda and I that we are clearly good parents and do what we have to do as a parent. She wants to close this case already because it is obvious that my family reported false allegations.

I no longer trust my own blood and I refuse to forgive them.

I have a heart disease called wolff parkinson white syndrome which causes my heart beats to be irregular. That alone I lived with since I was 11 years old.

Living in my body is painful. I cry almost everyday... I beg for this to be all over.

I've begged for my life to end because of everything going on the past 3 years...

I don't want to lose my wife and kids. I want them to be under a roof.

I don't want to lose myself....
